Subscription Information
This section provides more detail about a particular subscription. Usage Parameters indicates the number of users you have added to your account and the total number of users you are permitted to have (i.e., 4/5, 3/10), or the number of queries you have made versus the number you have bought, depending on your subscription type. You are also provided with information about the type of subscription, when it expires, and whether it is currently active.
User Management for this Subscription
Interactive Mode users will also have the User Management for this Subscription section. In the User Management section, you may add additional users to your account. For example, if you have purchased a subscription for 10 users, you will add those other users in User Management. You access User Management by clicking on the name of the account in the main My Account screen.
You add users to your account by clicking the Add New User link. You may remove yourself as a user by clicking the "Remove me from user count" link. If you remove yourself as a user, you will no longer be able to perform database searches. You will, however, retain your administrative rights, including the ability to add and remove users. You can reactivate yourself as a user by clicking the "Add" link.
Active users under this subscription
Active Users are users on your account who are permitted to log in and search the database. You may view or edit a user’s profile by clicking on his/her username. To remove the user from the system, click the trashcan icon beside his/her username. A user who is removed from the system will no longer be able to log in and perform searches.
